TERMS OF USE
of
MY TUCSON EVENTS
The following are the terms for the use of the
My Tucson Events service. When you sign up by clicking on the “Sign Up” button,
this constitutes a binding agreement between you and My Tucson Events, and will be governed by the terms set forth below.
To decline acceptance of the service you should click the “Cancel” button.
My Tucson Events reserves the right to change the following terms from time to time. Accordingly, you should refer to them periodically for any changes.
- You acknowledge that by submitting photographs or images related to events to the My Tucson Events site,
you are agreeing that other individuals who access the My Tucson Events web site may use such photographs or images.
This utilization will include the right of others to print your images for their own personal, non-commercial use.
- Any inappropriate event listings, which are obscene, pornographic or threatening,
may be removed by My Tucson Events at any time without notice to you, and you will not be entitled to a refund.
- You may not place any event listings on the My Tucson Events site that could infringe on the rights of privacy,
publicity or copyrights of others without the permission of the owner of those rights.
- In providing material to the My Tucson Events site, you must provide the information requested,
and any anonymous submissions or submissions that include a false address will not be accepted.
- My Tucson Events is not responsible for the content of any submission, and reserves the right to delete or edit submissions that,
in My Tucson Events’s sole discretion are deemed defamatory, obscene or in violation of copyright or trademark laws,
or are otherwise unacceptable. If there is a question of copyright or trademark infringement,
My Tucson Events reserves the right to seek confirmation of the copyright or trademark ownership from the submitter.
- In submitting descriptions, materials, or photographs to My Tucson Events you acknowledge that any submission may be removed,
published, copied, modified, transmitted and displayed by My Tucson Events for the purpose of delivering the offered services.
By submitting images, you are granting irrevocably your permission for the reprinting of your images by
others utilizing the My Tucson Events site.
- The My Tucson Events Website is available to its visitors (viewers) for personal and non-commercial use only.
The images provided with this service may not be reproduced for commercial purposes without the express written consent of My Tucson Events.
- My Tucson Events may provide links to third-party sites that might be of interest to you.
My Tucson Events has no control over the content or availability of the third party sites,
and it is your responsibility to become familiar with such site’s privacy and other policies in terms of service.
- The information, content, software and materials provided on the My Tucson Events site are protected by copyright laws.
You may not copy or distribute such materials without the consent of the owner.
You may, however, use these materials for personal, non-commercial use so long as you do not modify the materials or remove any
copyright or other proprietary rights or notices contained in the materials.
- When you create an account with My Tucson Events, you will need to provide personal information such as your name,
email address and mailing address. My Tucson Events will not share your account information with others.
You are solely responsible for what information you share in the Event Name, Organization's Name, Website Address,
Send a Message and Event Description aspects of each photo you upload.
- You agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless My Tucson Events, its officers, directors and employees,
from and against all losses, expenses, damages and costs, including reasonable attorneys’ fees,
resulting from any violation by you of the terms of your use of the My Tucson Events service, or any activity related to your account.
- The content and/or materials available through the My Tucson Events site are provided on an as-is and as-available basis,
and without warranty of any kind, either express or implied. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law,
My Tucson Events expressly disclaims all warranties and conditions of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to
implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.
- My Tucson Events makes no warranty that its site or services will be uninterrupted, timely,
secure or error free, or that the site or our server is free of viruses or other harmful components.
- To the fullest extent permitted by law, My Tucson Events shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental,
special or consequential damages, including but not limited to damages for loss of use,
data or other intangibles that result from the use or the inability to use the My Tucson Events site or services,
or any changes to the My Tucson Events site or its services, or from unauthorized access to or alteration of the images or data that you
provide to the site.
